The Sea Cabin & the Mini House
These houses are not cabins in the common sense of the word; they are small Houses with 15 square-meters year-round living at a very low square-meter price. Our ambition is that these houses should be as durable as regular houses; the goal is a life span of 50 years. We are the only ones offering this in the market of small houses.
We use paintable and treated plywood, where the plywood can be painted at the factory or on site by the client. The plywood is impregnated by phenolum which makes it weatherproof.
The walls are insulated at the factory which reduces the assembly time. The core material is either XPS or EPS.
Designer Jonas Wagell has selected four colors suitable for the Mini House. They are dark grey, light grey, smoke grey or dark green. All colors enable the house to harmonically blend into the surroundings.
Furthermore, windows and glass sliding doors are adjusted to the dimensions of a small house and ensure that no heat will be lost.
