The pervading theme across our product line is that none of the cabins require a building permit according to Swedish legislation. The Marine Sauna, the Mini House, the Sea Cabin and the floating office; they are all exempt from building permits. Since the construction laws are heavily regulated and you are not allowed to build what you want on your lot, we can offer you attractive alternatives.
