Mini House
The Mini House is a modern, functional and aesthetic cabin of 15 square meters, adapted for both summer- and winter living. Along with the cabin we build a 15 square-meter terrace with pergola, all in accordance to the Swedish legislation regarding houses that do not require building permits.
We have put considerable effort in making the assembly as easy as possible, since we think that it should be easy to build a house. By pre-manufacturing the walls, important steps such as preparing for electricity and adding windows is done already at the factory. Your house will arrive in a flat package, and is easily assembled on site.
A kitchen- and WC module can easily be added to your Mini House, as well as a heater if needed.
When Jonas Wagell designed the Mini House, he put considerable thought into designing the house according to scale. If you use the same design and components in a cabin as you would when building a full-size house, you may end up with odd proportions and detailing.
