We have experience in managing projects and developing waterfront areas both in Sweden and abroad. We can carry out projects from the initial idea to the finalized concept, and assume responsibility for building plans, landscaping and construction. Via our network we have experience regarding concepts and ideas, architectural and constructual knowledge as well as a network of potential investors.

We cooperate with, among others, Thomas Sandell, an internationally active and renowned designer and architect. One of his late famous projects is the Cold Bath House to be constructed on Riddarfjärden. We also cooperate with Johan Paju, one of Sweden’s most renowned landscape architects, who has commissions both nationally and internationally and has received several prizes for his work.
