Sea Cabin
”The design of the Sea Cabin was guided by the dream to be rocked to sleep by the laps of the waves combined with the qualities of modern living.”

Thomas Sandell

The Sea Cabin is designed by the famous architect Thomas Sandell, and represents a new concept. The Sea Cabin is the perfect complement for marinas, guest harbours and other waterfront businesses that would like to expand their services. Having a few Sea Cabins for rent in the harbour will definitely distinguish that particular marina. The cabin houses six persons, and is fully equipped with WC, shower, kitchen and a small heater. You can also choose to complement the cabin with a small spa, which will profile the marina and make it widely known for its exciting accommodation alternatives.

The Sea Cabin is well devised, in line with Thomas Sandell’s previous work and his ability to combine function with aesthetics. Every nook and corner has a function. A staircase leads up to the roof terrace that offers ample space for summer activities. Below the stairs there is storage room for LPG and an electric switchboard, among other things.

The cabin is also ideal to use as a guest house, and as of January 2008, constructing it does not require a building permit. Its versatility allows it to be placed either on water or on land.
